Step into the Zone:

The Apex Stalker Helmet is a Dante’s Workshop original concept, built for those who want more than just a futuristic prop. Inspired by post-apocalyptic tactical gear, cyberpunk warfare and the atmosphere of abandoned exclusion zones, this helmet was designed to look like it belongs in a hostile world where visibility, durability and intimidation matter the most. This piece takes the aggressive DNA of our Apex series and pushes it into a darker, more practical direction. The main focus of the Stalker version was improved visibility, a stronger structure and a more combat-ready visual presence, while keeping the unmistakable closed-helmet silhouette from the outside.

Introduction:

The Apex Stalker was developed as an evolution of our earlier Apex Predator helmet, with one clear goal: to create a more practical, more durable and more field-ready version without losing the brutal futuristic identity of the original design. The helmet features a wide tinted visor system that allows significantly better forward visibility compared to the original Apex Predator design. From the outside, the helmet still maintains a dark, enclosed and intimidating appearance, while the wearer gets a much more usable field of view. The LED layout was redesigned into a sharp green X-pattern, giving the helmet a cold, tactical and night-vision-like presence. Combined with its angular armor panels and dark, finely textured surface finish, the result is a helmet that feels equally at home on a cyberpunk battlefield, an airsoft field, at a cosplay event or in a Zone-inspired photoshoot.

Materials and Processing:

The rear section of the helmet is made from injection-molded hard ABS, providing a strong and reliable base structure. The front section is produced as a precision 3D printed multi-piece assembly, using glass fiber reinforced ABS for increased strength, rigidity and impact resistance. We use industry-leading 3D printing technology and professional-grade materials to achieve clean geometry, sharp detailing and consistent production standards. The standard visor is made from tinted acrylic material, shaped to follow the helmet’s multi-directional curved front profile. This was one of the most challenging parts of the project, since the visor had to provide improved visibility while matching the aggressive geometry of the helmet. For more demanding use cases, the helmet can also be equipped with a polycarbonate visor upon request, offering significantly higher impact resistance. Inside the helmet, comfortable memory foam padding and an adjustable tensioner help provide a secure and comfortable fit during use. The helmet is fully wearable and designed for longer sessions compared to traditional closed-face props. The integrated LED system is powered by a standard 9V battery setup and gives the helmet its signature green tactical glow, while the electronics, switches and control elements are built into the design with functionality and aesthetics in mind. Every helmet is manufactured, finished and assembled from start to finish in our European workshop. The result is not a standard cosplay helmet, but a serious wearable prop with a rugged presence, stronger materials and a much more premium feel than a simple display piece.

Size and Fit:

The helmet is designed to fully cover an adult head and can fit most head sizes from S to XL thanks to the adjustable tensioner system and replaceable padding.
