Products marked as Made to Order are manufactured specifically after a confirmed order is received and are not supplied from finished retail inventory.
Manufacturing capacity, materials, machine time and finishing work are allocated specifically to that order.
The estimated production time is displayed on the relevant product page.
Please note that production times are estimates and may vary depending on current workload, complexity, material availability and other manufacturing factors.
We prioritize manufacturing quality over rushing an order solely to meet an estimated production date.
The availability status is shown on the individual product page.
In Stock products are normally available from finished inventory and can usually be prepared for shipment quickly.
Made to Order products require manufacturing before shipping preparation can begin.
Please always check the product status and estimated production time before placing an order.
For standard orders containing a single in stock item, preparation usually takes 1 to 3 business days.
For combined orders containing multiple items, preparation usually takes 1 to 4 business days.
Made to Order products require their listed manufacturing time before the shipping preparation period begins.
Custom and professional projects follow the individually agreed production schedule.
Shipping time depends on the destination, carrier, customs procedures and current logistics conditions.
International shipments are primarily handled by FedEx, while certain shipments within Hungary and nearby European destinations may be handled by GLS or DPD.
Please see our Shipping Policy for current estimated transit times and further details.
Express or expedited shipping may be available upon request.
Availability and pricing depend on the destination, package size, carrier capacity and current logistics conditions.
Please contact us before shipment is arranged if you require expedited delivery.
Any additional shipping cost must be covered by the customer.
Yes, in certain cases.
Our standard carrier selection is based on destination, reliability, package characteristics and service availability.
If you require a specific carrier, please contact us before shipment.
Alternative carrier arrangements are handled individually and any additional costs must be covered by the customer.
Yes.
Once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier, tracking information provided by the carrier will be forwarded to the customer whenever available.
Tracking may require a short period to become active after collection.
Possibly.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage charges or other destination country fees.
These charges are determined by the destination country and are normally the responsibility of the customer.
Customers are also responsible for verifying whether a product can legally be imported into their country.
Please see our Shipping Policy for further details.
Compatibility information is provided on the relevant product page whenever possible.
However, third party equipment, replicas, vehicles, platforms and other products may vary between manufacturers, production versions or individual units.
Unless exact compatibility is specifically confirmed by Dante’s Workshop, minor fitting adjustments may occasionally be required.
If compatibility is critical for your application, please contact us before ordering.
Materials vary depending on the product and its intended use.
Depending on the design, products may include:
- engineering plastics
- reinforced polymers
- composite structures
- aluminum
- steel
- CNC machined components

- technical fasteners
- specialty materials
The main materials used for a specific product are normally listed on its product page.
For professional projects, material selection can also be discussed as part of the design and engineering process.
Only where this is explicitly stated.
A product must not be assumed to provide ballistic, impact, structural, protective or other certified performance simply because of its appearance, materials or construction.
Unless a specific certification or performance rating is clearly stated by Dante’s Workshop, the product should not be considered certified for that purpose.
For professional projects requiring specific technical or protective performance, please discuss the requirements with us during the development phase.
No.
The intended use depends entirely on the individual product.
Some products are primarily designed for display, while others may be wearable, functional, mechanically integrated or intended for active use.
Please refer to the individual product description for the intended use and technical limitations of each product.
This depends on the individual product.
Some products are primarily designed for display and therefore may not include permanent mounting points or straps by default.

Please check the individual product description or contact us if wearability is important for your intended use.
In many cases, yes.
However, modifications are carried out at the customer’s own responsibility unless performed or specifically approved by Dante’s Workshop.
Drilling, cutting, painting, electrical modification, structural alteration or permanent installation may affect product functionality and may also affect eligibility for repair, exchange or after sales support.
If you are unsure whether a modification is suitable, please contact us first.
Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery.
Visible shipping damage, incorrect products, missing components or other issues that can reasonably be identified during the initial inspection should be reported to Dante’s Workshop within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide clear photographs of the product and packaging where relevant.
Our priority is to resolve legitimate product related issues as quickly as possible, primarily through repair or replacement where appropriate.
Made to Order, custom made and personalized products are manufactured specifically for an individual order and are subject to different return conditions from standard in stock products.
Please review our Returns, Exchanges and Refund Policy before placing an order.
Where a product related problem exists, our priority is to resolve it through repair or replacement wherever appropriate.
Return eligibility depends on the type of product, the nature of the order and applicable consumer law.
Made to Order, custom made and personalized products are subject to specific restrictions.
Please refer to our Returns, Exchanges and Refund Policy for the full conditions.
